Passport Return envelope
This is a self addressed Express Mail with correct postage. This envelop has your address in the “To” section and our address in the “From” section. We and/or the embassy will use this envelope to return your passport(s) to you after visa is issued. Please do not use Priority mail or Cheap mailing service even if you are in the same state or service that takes more than one day. (No UPS Ground). Your passport must be sent with reliable mailing service that takes only one day. At this time we only accept USPS Express Mail (United States Postal Service) [We do not know when the embassy will approve your visa]

Original passport
(Not a copy of it) Your passport must be machine readable passport [Not the old hand written passport] and valid for at least 6 months from travelling date (with enough blank pages for visa - at least 4 pages). If your passport is a non american passport issued outside USA and is new and does not have an entry stamp to USA, please include your old passport as well. If you are a refugee please include your I-94. Please put a yellow sticky note to mark the page that has your entry stamp and write entry stamp on the sticky note so the embassy can easily locate your entry stamp. The embassy sometimes reject new passports even though it has entry stamp because they examined it quickly and did not notice the entry stamp.

Green Card
For Non- American citizens, if applicable, clear and notorized copies of your green card front and back (Original not required)- front & back (Please copy the back as well) or your residence H1B or any other residence visa. B1/B2 visa’s are not accepted by the embassy.

Photos
2 recent passport-size photos with your name on the back of the photos. White background. Face of applicant must cover at least 70 - 80% of the space. Staple one photo to the application and clip the other one to the application so we can scan it.

Visa Application We will e-mail or mail you Hajj Visa Application filled with your information. please print, sign and send to us with you passport and other required documents.

Original vaccination
certificate for Meningitis. All pilgrims must carry these certificates to Saudi Arabia for inspection by the Saudi Arabian Passport Authority. Children from the age of two (2) and above must take a dose of the A/C vaccine and those between the ages three (3) months and two (2) years must take two doses of the A vaccine, which requires an interval of three months between each dose.

Proof Of Conversion to Islam
If you are not carrying a Moslem name, a certificate from the Imam of your mosques indicating that you are a Moslem is required.

Airline ticket
Each applicant must be in possession of a non-refundable roundtrip ticket with confirmed reservations (we will arrange for this requirement on your behalf if the ticket is purchased from us).

Saudi Fees Saudi Bank Draft
Each pilgrim should submit check payable to “Unified Agents Office” in Jeddah for pilgrimage services. Check should include the name of the pilgrim and his/her passport number. Each visa applicant must pay this fee(We will arrange for this check, a Saudi currency check will be mailed to you with your passport after visa issuance, Please take this check with you to Jeddah).

Mahram
All ladies are required to travel for Hajj with a Mahram. Proof of relationship of the Mahram must be submitted. Ladies over the age of forty five (45) can travel without a Mahram with an organized group. She must, however, submit a no objection letter from her husband, son or brother, authorizing her travel for Hajj with the named group. Such letter should be notarized by a notary public. The Mahram should write his complete information on the applications of wife and children, or any other relative whom he's traveling with. Marriage and birth certificates issued outside of the US should be translated and notarized from a certified translation office.

Marriage Certificate
Husband and wife holding different last names, a copy of the marriage certificate is required, [We recommend submitting marriage certificate even if you have the same last name to expediet your visa processing]

Son Birth Certificate
Women traveling obtaining permission letter from their son and do not carry the same last name; the son's birth certificate is required.
